I am a school librarian in a primary school in New Zealand. When I am not engaging with children about books, organising author visits to school or running a book club, I taxi drive my teens, walk the dogs, hang out with my husband, go to church, visit my parents, enjoy this beautiful country, read, cook or write. \n\nI grew up in South Africa and spent many years windsurfing, scuba diving and trying to surf - hence the 'surfy' debut. Nowadays we look forward to an annual skiing holiday on a volcano in New Zealand!\n\nI feel richly blessed and hope that my book can raise money to bless others and that the message of hope and forgiveness impacts many.\n\nI studied books like \
